#1. Recall of Birch/Bark Candles.

Name of Product: Birch and Bark Candles

Units: About 230,000

Manufacturer: Target Corp., Minneapolis, Minn.

Hazard: The birch and bark surrounding the candles can ignite, posing a fire and burn hazard.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been 18 reports of the birch and bark candles catching fire and five reports of property damage. No injuries have been reported.

Sold at: Target stores nationwide from September 2004 through January 2005 between $6 and $15.

#2. Expanded Recall of Select Model Year 2004.5 and 2005 ATVs.

NOTE: This expansion of the Polaris ATV recall announced on May 3, 2005

Name of Product: Polaris Model Year 2004.5 Sportsman 500, Model Year 2005 Sportsman 400, Sportsman 500, Sportsman 600, Sportsman 700, Sportsman 6x6, Scrambler 500, Trail Boss and Magnum 330 ATVs.

Units: About 61,020

Manufacturer/Importer: Polaris Industries Inc., of Medina , Minn.

Hazard: Some 2004.5 and 2005 Model Year Sportsman, Scrambler 500 ATVs, Trail Boss and Magnum 330 ATVs were assembled with possibly defective
Electronic Control Modules (ECM) which may fail and overheat. If this were to occur, excessive heat could cause a fire, possibly resulting in serious injury or death.

Incidents/Injuries: Polaris has received 68 reports of the ECM overheating. No injuries have been reported.

Sold at: Polaris dealers sold these ATVs nationwide from August 2004 through February 2005 for between $3,799 and $7,699.
