Radio Shack Video Head Cleaner

Radio Shack is recalling about 1 million units of its Wet System Video Head Cleaner. The cleaning solution bottle, which is labeled as containing isopropanol, actually contains methanol. Methanol can be fatal or cause blindness if swallowed.

Whooping Cough - Adolescent vaccine - USA

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) today approved the first combination vaccine that provides a booster immunization against pertussis (whooping cough) in combination with tetanus and diphtheria for adolescents. The vaccine will be marketed as Boostrix by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in Philadelphia, Pa.
